2. Confirmation of the minutes of the SAPICS 2023 AGM held on the 25th of May 2023
3. Election of candidates to fill 3 vacancies to the Board of Directors via Google forms.
4. Resolution 1 - Inclusion of SAPICS Young Professional membership in the SAPICS MOI
5. Resolution 2 - Inclusion of a complimentary registration of current serving SAPICS Board members to its Annual Conference in the SAPICS MOI.
6. Presentation of the Annual Report and Financial summary for 2023 by the SAPICS president, MJ Schoemaker and Board Member, Jan Tukker.
7. Confirmation of appointment of GZ & Company as accountants and auditors
8. Close of AGM
