Benefits of Customer experience and Technology infused into Supply Chain
These days, a competitive edge is only achieved if you understand the consumer pulse and build strategies with the customer at the center of focus. To have an in-depth understanding of customer needs and fulfill them better than the competition, you need to gather plenty of customer data and interpret it to extract valuable insights and consumer trends. This is achieved through digitization and have a focused customer experience strategy within an organization. The key focus of the presentation/panel discussion is to unpack the benefits of having an exceptional customer experience integrated with technology within supply chain.

Leadership style and organisational culture that builds organisational resilient and agile capabilities

Due to the many recent disruptive events that have severely impacted the retail sector, executives managing organisations must understand which capabilities are either lacking or which capabilities require further development. When organizations have the correct capabilities entrenched, it will safeguard the business to withstand and absorb disruptions and allow for opportunities to be identified and actioned. organisations that employ the correct leaders and foster a nurturing culture that stimulates resilience and agility have thrived in this volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. The discussion thus aims to focus on the findings of research conducted in this regard and provide practical recommendations and solutions.
