The current version of the APICS Train the Trainer courseware covers both face-to-face and virtual classes. Many topics, techniques and models are applicable in both environments.

This course is designed for both Face-to-Face and Virtual Class delivery AND to provide tools and techniques for you, as an instructor to offer both Face-to-Face and Virtual classes.

The focus of the Train the Trainer Course is training, which is instruction that results in observable, measurable performance by the learner.

The Train the Trainer course establishes a foundation of presentation skills as well as training skills, strategies, and capabilities that will lead to increased success with experience and feedback.
