Prior to shifting careers and moving into coaching, Briony led a team of 25+ environmental and social scientists in an international mining consultancy. She worked in the mining industry for 18+ years and over the last 7 years has built a coaching business focussing almost exclusively on senior managers and executives in STEM professions across multiple industries including mining, automotive, financial and IT. She currently leads the mentoring programme for Women in Mining South Africa where she works with 40 women each year to strengthen their career value chain.
