Colette Marais is a senior manager at J&J overseeing operations and supply chain: Africa operations

She has more than 15 years of medical device experience and has implemented a complete end-to-end supply chain for medical devices in Malawi. Working for J&J enables us to serve and transform the most vulnerable population that needs this. Colette's passion is to simplify processes and procedures and implementation, to make everyone's life easier.
